The House of Representatives voted on a bill ratifying the economic and trade cooperation agreement with Hungary.
The Council stated in a statement that “the House of Representatives voted on two draft laws on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Nuclear Safety Agreement and the joint agreement on the safety of spent fuel disposal and the safety of radioactive waste disposal.”
It is noteworthy that the Parliament held today its regular session No. 12 for the fifth electoral session of the second legislative year of the first legislative term, headed by First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Mohsen Al-Mandalawi.
The session started with the presence of 179 deputies.
