He said Qaim Maqam, that "an explosion targeted the night [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/1185/%D9%85%D8%B5%D8%B1%D9%81 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%81%D8%AF%D9%8A%D9%86]of the Rafidain[/url] branch [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/1185/%D9%85%D8%B5%D8%B1%D9%81 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%81%D8%AF%D9%8A%D9%86]of the[/url] retirees," pointing out that "the targeting was an improvised explosive device."
He pointed out that "the explosion did not cause human damage, but caused damage to the gate of the building," stressing that "investigations are still continuing to show who is behind the incident
