Parliamentary work calls for the allocation of two trillion dinars in the budget for social security

The Labor and Social Affairs Committee on Wednesday called for the allocation of two trillion dinars in the budget of 2019 for the labor and social security sector, proposed to divide this amount between micro-enterprise loans and widows and people with special needs.
"In the midst of discussions on the budget of 2019 and in order for the unemployed to have an effective presence in the budget, we demand the allocation of two trillion dinars to the labor and social security sector, equal to $ 2 per barrel of oil per day. "
And called for "to allocate one trillion dinars of this amount to launch soft loans and small projects that occupy a large segment of the unemployed, and a trillion dinars to increase the salaries of widows and people with special needs."
"The amount of the loan for small projects should be 10 million dinars for each project and allocations are allocated according to the population density, and the Ministry of Labor to submit plans under which the disbursement of funds to be delivered away from routine."
"The repayment of the loan amount must be made monthly for five years beginning with the second year of receipt of the loan."
"The amount of one trillion dinars divided by the loan amount of ten million dinars provides 100 thousand jobs for the unemployed."
