Parliamentary Committee reveals an agreement between Baghdad and Erbil on the situation in Kirkuk

The parliamentary security and defense committee revealed an agreement between Baghdad and Erbil on the situation in Kirkuk, likely to return to pre-2014.
A member of the Security and Defense Committee, Abbas Sarut, said that any military force moving from one place to another is ordered by the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, pointing out that there are military units moved towards [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] including the 14th division and part of the special squad.
He added: Kirkuk is a province of different factions and components and no one can impose its will on them, as there are attempts by the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to control the province and refrigeration, we do not rule out the return of the situation in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to the pre-2014, but the Iraqi forces today, I do not think there is a force capable of removing them from their positions.
He pointed out that the Peshmerga forces are part of the Iraqi security system. They receive salaries, training and arming from the Iraqi government, and the relationship between the center and the region is better than it was in the past, especially after the agreement between Baghdad and Erbil on the salaries of staff of the region and the export of oil in Kurdistan.
