(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The member of the Iraqi Council of Representatives Khalid al-Gheshmi that the law of illegal gain in the event of adoption in the House of Representatives will contribute significantly in the prosecution of corrupt and public money and the return of stolen funds to the treasury of the state.
In a statement received by the agency {Euphrates News} copy of it today that "the paragraphs of the law was written on the basis of the principle of {where you have this}," pointing out that "on Sunday the House of Representatives ended the first reading of the law will be read in the next sessions read the second reading and then Vote on it and approve it. "
He called on "the presidency of the parliament and its members to the importance of speeding up the adoption of this important law, which will have a pivotal role in the prosecution of corrupt and the return of state funds to the treasury and the fight against financial corruption within the institutions of the state.
The House of Representatives, completed its Sunday reading the first draft law on the illegal gain of the committees of integrity, legal and financial "in order to protect public funds and to prevent cases of conflict of private interests with the public interest and to ensure the legitimacy of the confiscation of funding political and non-governmental organizations and to subject those who take advantage of their jobs in Illegal enrichment of public funds to the legal issue.
