The head of the Reform and Reconstruction Coalition, Mr. Ammar al-Hakim, during his meeting with the Minister of Housing, Reconstruction and Municipalities (Bengen Rikani) stressed the need to develop a scientific strategy subject to the timing of time to address the housing crisis.
As stressed by Mr. Ammar al-Hakim during the meeting, according to a statement of his office received the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it, "the importance of providing adequate housing for every Iraqi citizen, which represents the most basic rights of citizenship."
He also stressed the "need to upgrade the urban reality in the country, especially in the capital Baghdad and the completion of projects stalled to avoid waste, causing a waste of public money."
Mr. Ammar al-Hakim and Minister of Housing discussed "developments in the service reality and heard from him an explanation of the ministry's plans for housing and reconstruction and the difficulties and challenges facing them."
He pointed out that "the need to overcome difficulties in cooperation with other ministries and overcome the bureaucratic bureaucracy and insistence on the implementation of the government program in relation to housing and reconstruction projects with timelines and planned plans take into account the priorities of the Iraqi citizen."
