He added that "the charge of terrorism has become one of the most horrifying measures for the Iraqi people," noting that "Governments know the extent of the horror of the charge, so I left them ready to resort to them whenever they feel the danger."
He continued that "the government deal with the charge according to this concept, took it out of its legal department as a judicial charge, to put it in the box customary decisions used by the government to oppress everyone who stands in the name of the law," pointing out that "the resort to the charge Consensus in the authoritarian government approach to the people, and successive governments have agreed to this approach in case they need to liquidate their opponents.
