    Legal expert Ali al-Tamimi confirmed, Sunday, that all contracts signed in the 2019 budget by governors are subject to appeal to the administrative court, attributing the matter to the work of local governments conducting business.
    Al-Tamimi told Al-Maalouma that the constitution limited the work of local governments to four calendar years after announcing the election results to the provincial councils.
    He added that "the work of the conservatives has been around for seven years," noting that "Parliament voted in the past to extend its work until elections are held to conduct business in accordance with the law."
    He explained that "all contracts that they entered into within the term of business are subject to appeal, especially concluded within the budget of 2019", noting that "any party challenging any contract before the administrative court wins the appeal." Ended 25 and
