    Today, Monday, the Central Bank of Iraq announced that it will meet the requests to purchase dollars for citizens for certain purposes.

    The Central Bank of Iraq announced, on Monday, taking new measures to facilitate the process of citizens obtaining hard currency (dollars).
    And the Central Bank said in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, that it "worked to facilitate the procedures for citizens to obtain foreign currency (dollars) for the purposes of travel, study and treatment abroad."
    He added, "This will be done by meeting all their requests to buy the dollar for the above purposes, by feeding electronic payment cards (MasterCard and Visa Card) at the official price set by the Central Bank of Iraq." Ended 29/A 4

    The Central Bank of Iraq announced, on Monday, that it provides facilities to citizens wishing to obtain foreign currency for the purposes of travel, study and treatment abroad, by selling it at the official price.    
    The bank said in a statement that "Economy News" received a copy of it, that "for the purpose of facilitating the procedures for citizens to obtain foreign currency (dollars) for the purposes of travel, study and treatment abroad, the Central Bank of Iraq announces that all their requests to buy dollars for the above purposes are met."  
    He added, "The process is carried out by feeding electronic payment cards (MasterCard and Visa Card) at the official price set by the Central Bank of Iraq."

    The Central Bank of Iraq announced that it will meet the requests to purchase dollars for citizens for travel purposes.
    And the Central Bank’s media stated in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), today, Monday, that “for the purpose of facilitating the procedures for citizens to obtain foreign currency (dollars) for the purposes of travel, study and treatment abroad, the bank confirms that all requests of citizens to buy dollars for the aforementioned purposes through feeding Electronic payment cards (MasterCard and Visa Card) at the official rate set by the Central Bank of Iraq.

    Today, Monday, the Central Bank of Iraq announced that it will meet the requests to purchase dollars for citizens for certain purposes.

    And the media office of the Central Bank stated, in a statement received by Noon News Agency, that "the Central Bank of Iraq announces that all citizens' requests to buy dollars are met, by feeding electronic payment cards (MasterCard and Visa Card) at the official price set by the Central Bank of Iraq."

    The statement added, "This measure came for the purpose of facilitating citizens' access to foreign currency (dollars) for the purposes of travel, study and treatment abroad."
     
    Today, Monday, the dollar exchange rates recorded an unprecedented rise in the main stock exchange in Baghdad and in the local markets.

    And the prices on the Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiyah Central Stock Exchange in Baghdad rose today, 149.900 Iraqi dinars, compared to 100 US dollars, after recording yesterday 149.600 dinars.
    While the selling prices in money exchange shops in the local markets in Baghdad increased to 150,500 Iraqi dinars, while the purchase prices amounted to 149,500 dinars per 100 US dollars.

    The Central Bank of Iraq's hard currency sales continued to rise on Monday, registering more than $212 million.

    The central bank saw a rise in sales to 212 million, 169,438 dollars, covered by the bank at a base exchange rate of 1,460 dinars per dollar, compared to Sunday's 207 million, 146,525 dollars, according to a reporter for The Shafq News.

    Purchases of $176 million, $269,438 and $438 million went to boost overseas balances in the form of remittances and credits, while the remaining $35 million and $900,000 went in cash.

    Our correspondent pointed out that 35 banks have met requests to strengthen assets abroad, 19 banks to meet cash orders, in addition to the participation of 12 exchange companies.
