[size=45]In this regard, the director of media and relations in the independent administration of Soran, Hagar Hakim, said, "The project of constructing the dual strategic Sablik-Khalifan road comes within the framework of providing service projects implemented by the ninth cabinet of the Kurdistan Regional Government in various sectors in Soran."[/size]
[size=45]He added, "The foundation stone for this project, which is more than 10 km long, was laid by the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, last year, and work is continuing on it now, as the main stages of the project have been completed so far."[/size]
