BAGHDAD / obelisk: Change parliamentary bloc confirmed on Tuesday that the cabinet's approval to pay the cash advance to the Kurdistan region will be an important step for the exchange of trust between Baghdad and Erbil.
The head of the bloc Hoshyar Abdullah for "obelisk" that "pay cash advance for the region will be an initial and important step for the exchange of trust between Baghdad and Erbil."
On the issue of the budget, Abdullah said: "We hope that there will be some kind of balance where the observance of the current situation and the changes that have occurred."
The member of the Kurdistan Alliance Chenkali Majid said, yesterday, that the Council of Ministers will discuss at its meeting scheduled for today, Tuesday, paying cash advance KRG worth 4.5 billion dollars to pay the salaries of the staff of the province.
