Today, Thursday (March 28, 2024), the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, issued 12 directives on how to communicate with the grassroots.
A close associate of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, Saleh Muhammad al-Iraqi, said in a statement received by “Baghdad Today,” that “in completion of the directives of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, regarding the necessity of communicating with the popular base, he gave detailed instructions on how to communicate with them as follows:
First: Attending funerals and funerals.
Second: Visit the families of the martyrs.
Third: Attending joyful occasions.
Fourth: Establish numbers for non-governmental and political complaints...in fact, the latter two are prohibited.
Fifth: Mosques lead prayer times.
Sixth: Attending Husseini councils exclusively regarding the deaths and births of the infallible ones.
Seventh: Patients Clinic.
Eighth: Delivering symbolic intangible gifts to people with special needs and the like, centrally and exclusively with the private office.
Ninth: General educational sessions.
Tenth: Facilitating the opening of literacy courses.
Eleventh: Emphasizing the role of youth and the rising generation in the advancement and integration of society from the religious, ideological and social aspects exclusively and nothing else.
Twelfth: Check on them in their homes and visit from time to time.
He pointed out, "We hope that the faithful grassroots will take into account the economic and political situation and not embarrass those in charge and those charged with communicating with them," stressing that "the private office must follow up on this and summarize its implementation in a weekly report submitted to the movement."
