Kuwait underestimate the tense border with Iraq

Reduce
the Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah would
tension on the border with Iraq, and said that the relationship between
the two countries is greater than that disturbs some.
