Financial Advisor to the Prime Minister, announced the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, said Saturday that the war funding and payment of salaries is a priority for the Iraqi government.
Saleh pointed out in an interview subsidiaries tow that the imposition of taxes on some sales and recharge cards mobile phone and other goods at the end of 2015, created a state of six trillion dinars of non-oil revenues and therefore it has been shown the current budget from non-oil revenues of eleven trillion dinars is real if applied properly.
He added that there is a check on the employees' salaries despite the presence of four million and 500 thousand employees, in addition to retirees and welfare, bringing the number to seven million
He pointed out that the state has many options and measures in the possibility of financing the payments, including internal and external borrowing and the sale of some of the things and use some monetary policies.
