The (Journal) published a report in its edition on Tuesday confirmed the existence of a political deal includes retaining Salim al-president of the parliament and postpone the dismissal of Defense Minister Khaled al-Obeidi, and to ensure ratification in favor of the Bloc candidate Badr Qasim al-Araji, the Ministry of Interior or maintain Ghaban.

The session witnessed, a split within the political blocs because of the insistence of a group of deputies to postpone the vote, arguing that the dismissal of al-Obeidi at this time harm the ongoing military operations against the terrorist Daesh .anthy
