Iraq, Kuwait, thanks to postpone debt payments for the third year

Foreign Minister Ibrahim al - Jaafari, on Saturday, expressed surprise at the attitude of the Gulf Cooperation Council, considering his recent statement represents interference in the internal affairs of Iraq. 
Furthermore feet Jaafari thanked Kuwait to postpone its debt for three years. In turn ,Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sabah Al - Khalid Al - Hamad Al - Sabah said that his country supports Iraq for theposition of the Human Rights Council for the years 2017-2019.

he said foreign ministry statement said the meeting saw discussion of the conduct of the Iraqi - Kuwaiti relations and emphasized the importance of holding the joint committee during the month of December next in Baghdad , and the completion of efforts the framework of strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries. 
He stressed the minister al - Jaafari, according to the statement, that the bilateral relations between Iraq and Kuwait is on track to meet the ambition of the two brotherly peoples. He thanked Iraq for Kuwait to postpone its debt for three years until 2017. He

He said Sabah said "Kuwait took the initiative to help Iraq and is determined to hold a conference for donors to provide financial support and the reconstruction of liberated areas and the return of displaced people to their home areas, and the next stage will witness intensive consultations to expedite the process steps to beheld." The Kuwaiti minister thanked for Iraq "to support Kuwait to get a Security Council seat , " stressing that "Kuwait supports Iraq for the position of Human Rights Council for the years 2017-2019."
