[ltr]The establishment of project progress (GSP) of the US Agency for Development and the State in collaboration with the Secretariat of the Supreme Commission for coordination between the provinces, workshop, Wednesday, at the Babylon Hotel in Baghdad on the distribution of responsibilities and powers at the local level between the provinces in the health sector model.[/ltr]
[ltr]The committee discussed the mechanism of transfer of powers and the distribution of tasks and roles between the Governor General and the Director of Health in the province, raising the level of health services provided to citizens.[/ltr]
[ltr]He also stressed Riad dentex, according to a statement received / balances News /, a copy of it, "the need to increase the powers of local governments and financial, administrative and activation of regulatory laws that restrict the corruption that adversely affect the services received by citizens, especially."[/ltr]
[ltr]Where the workshop witnessed a significant presence of a number of dignitaries including the governor of Diyala Muthana al-Tamimi and representatives from the provinces and the directors general of the departments of Health in the provinces Almokhtarh.anthy 29/9 P[/ltr]
