    The UN Security Council voted in (June 27, 2013), unanimously approved the decision to remove Iraq from Chapter VII, in the presence of Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, the State of Kuwait confirmed, a day after the resolution, that Iraq did not come entirely from the provisions of Chapter VII, pointing out that the file of compensation owed by Iraq is still under Chapter.
