    The President of the National Coalition Bloc MP Kadhim al-Shammari Friday surprised at the claims of some blocks and House of Representatives to convert the system of government in Iraq from a parliamentary to a presidential.
    Shammari In an interview with "direction Press" political system in Iraq, said there's no any defect, but the problem lies in the nature of the political process that is built on sectarian and national quotas in power-sharing, noting that these are the most important reasons that led to the political process failed in the country.
    He added that the nature of the political process in Iraq and its failure opened the door to advocate to change the system of government from parliamentary to presidential But the fact of the matter is that the two systems will not Ihamla any solutions to the crises the country's mental universe that govern it are the same .
    It is noteworthy that regime change in Iraq requires an adjustment in some of the Iraqi Constitution, which provided for a parliamentary system materials.
