     Baghdad / term 

    The head of the House of Representatives Saleem al - Jubouri, yesterday, that the legal local and parliamentary elections will determine the future political process, stressing the need to adhere to Ptoukitat independent bodies including the Electoral Commission. He revealed to determine the end of each week to question the officials, said the settlement project as "a necessary and inevitable thing."

    He urged the Speaker of Parliament "to form a committee to investigate and holding accountable those who were remiss during a demonstration Tahrir Square , " calling on the security forces to "protect the protesters and state institutions , which promotes the principle of peaceful demonstrations that are meant in which the expression of opinion and the pressure to meet the demands of the people." 
    Furthermore, al - Jubouri said that "there are timelines for independent bodies, including the elections , which ends its work in accordance with the law in the middle of this year , UNHCR , " referring to " the formation of a committee of experts to choose the new members of the election commission, the committee held meetings and will open the nomination of the Office door." 
    The President of the Parliament that "the House of Representatives recognizes the provincial elections law had been read a first reading and will be presented soon to complete the legislation and there is no intention to delay approval," noting that "are not yet receiving the members of the House of Representatives election of the Presidency of the Republic Act and the case received will take the constitutional context in legislation . " . 
    Jubouri and pointed out that " the new election law will determine the next course of the political process , " stressing that "keen to continue the topic of questioning some officials after the completion of the legal proceedings around the parliament." 
    He said the President of the House of Representatives that " the presidency of the parliament identified both the timing of questions submitted to the House of Representatives questioned nine requests for travel." 
    Jubouri said that " the presidency of the parliament considered that the days are Thursday of each week, the date for the interrogation of one of the characters by the time precedence to the request , " pointing out that " the interrogation schedule will begin on 23 February , the current to the day of the 27th of the next month of May." 
    In another context, the speaker of parliament pointed out that "national reconciliation project have already been determined attitude about it , which is a necessary and inevitable and must move towards it ." 
    And on the latest crisis on the Khawr Abd Allah, al - Jubouri confirmed "with Kuwait refused any provocation and any statements affect the bilateral relations between the two countries , which do not reflect the official position of the Iraqi state."

" 
    The chairman of parliament rejected " an official invitation to participate in the Geneva conference on Iraq, because he prefers to be in the solutions inside Iraq."
