Law regulating the rent of agricultural land and ownership of the right to dispose of agricultural and veterinary graduates

Chapter I
Objectives of the law Article 1 first. This law aims to regulate the rent of agricultural land and ownership of the right to dispose of them for graduates of agricultural and veterinary graduates from the faculties of agriculture and veterinary medicine, colleges and high schools, agricultural institutes animal health is recruited in government departments and public sector who prove their agricultural projects on those lands in both its plant and animal and follow the methods of modern agriculture therein. II. Excluded from this law covered by the law of land ownership disputes body. Article 2 of this law seeks to achieve its objectives through the following means: First, create spaces of agricultural land required and determine their location and announced at the public auction between covered by Article (1) of the Act to lease under the provisions of law on the sale and lease of state funds No. (32) for the year 1986 or any other law is replaced by the Directorate of agriculture in the region and the province is organized in the region. Chapter II Procedures for the organization of the lease
Article 3, first to the Minister of Agriculture rent space for not more than (50) without covered by the provisions of this law for the establishment of agricultural projects, both plant and animal. Third, subject to the decisions of the Commission issued pursuant to the provisions of clause (ii) of this article to the minister during authentication (15) fifteen days from the date recorded in his office. Article 5 First Minister of termination of the lease and the withdrawal of agricultural land from the tenant if the outcome of the investigation proved breach of its contractual obligations tenant. Article 6 of the aggrieved may appeal the Minister's decision stipulated in Article (5) of this Act or the Commission's decision set forth in item (iii) of Article (4) of this law within thirty (30) days from the date Althblg decision according to the law.

Article 8 first has the right to dispose of a full-time agricultural land leased to him in accordance with the provisions of the Revolutionary Command Council resolution (defunct) No. (350) 24.3.1985 when titling conditions available in accordance with the provisions of this law. Secondly, has the right to dispose of a full-time agricultural land leased to him in accordance with the provisions of the Revolutionary Command Council resolution (defunct) (122) on 06.29.1986 when the availability of the necessary conditions for ownership in accordance with the provisions of this law.
