    The country today - BAGHDAD -
    Rafidain Bank in the face of its branches to respect citizens and to facilitate the completion of their transactions as soon as possible and not to delay or put obstacles in front of her and that would cause to disrupt the work of the bank.
    The media office of the bank said that "the general manager of the bank visited a number of its branches in Baghdad and Karbala and met with the management and employees of those branches and listened to a detailed explanation of the nature of the work and achievements in the banking business, and urged that more efforts and harnessing human potential to reach the level required in banking services provided to citizens and stand on the problems and obstacles, diagnosis and finding appropriate solutions to them. "
    He added, "met with the director general of the bank with a number of citizens and listened to their needs," and stressed "the need to provide banking service to customers in the public interest and directed branch officers to refrain from exploiting function of a benefit or a personal profit for him or for others."
