    Shafaq News / Press reports said that the Spanish nationality rapist of eleven children in Morocco is Iraqi and was an officer in the former Iraqi army.

    Reports added that “Daniel is accused of raping 11 children of females and males in Quneitra town, the youngest was 3 years old and the oldest 15 years old, as he has even filmed them and the video tapes were found by Spanish police in his apartment, so he was arrested and condemned in late 2011 then sentenced to 30 years , he was sentenced to pay 50 000 MAD as compensation for each victim, almost 6 thousand dollars”.

    The Moroccan royal amnesty for the children rapist has surprised human rights groups in most of the continents, even in Spain, according to the “al-Arabyia. Net”.

    In Morocco, anger rose among people to start demonstrations and protests in social networking sites, streets and squares, especially last Friday.

    But quickly the Royal Court disclaimed Daniel by a statement issued on Saturday evening with a clarification from the King himself that “he has not been briefed on the seriousness of the despicable committed crimes in which the concerned was sentence on its basis and that he was never to agree to end Daniel sentence for the enormity of these terrible crimes”.

    Then the statement quoted a promise from the king that he will continue to take care of the children and their families, and he decided to open an investigation to determine the responsibilities, but popular demand to cancel the royal amnesty continued.
