Hamza confirmed oil expert jeweler, Sunday, Iraq's adherence to the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries with the decisions of the Petroleum B_khas reduced production, noting that the Kurdistan oil created a new vision for OPEC, which cut export.
The jeweler said in an interview / information /, said that "Iraq from countries adhering to OPEC's decision to reduce the issue of oil production in order to raise prices," explaining that "there is a committee in OPEC to study the market and decide to conduct a reduction or increase production."
He added that "Iraq is committed to long-term contracts with major international companies, and there are 11 contracts include the first and second licensing rounds, Iraq can not stop it because they are international obligations."
He said the jeweler, that "the oil production of the Kurdistan region and not subject to the control of the federal government to make Iraq in a difficult position before the commitment to the decision to reduce production, so OPEC saw that the export reduction is another solution to the problem."
