    A commission of economy and investment representative, on Wednesday, pledging to Germany to provide half a billion euros for infrastructure reconstruction in areas liberated from the control of the "Daesh" criminal, while Kuwait confirmed a donation of $ 200 million for the reconstruction of government buildings.
