The central bank draws 3 banking companies license in Baghdad

An informed source at the Central Bank of Iraq on Tuesday, the latter decided to withdraw the license three banking companies and prevent them from engaging in any work activity.
The source, who preferred not to be named, said that "the Board of the Central Bank of Iraq, the management decided during its meeting on the eighteenth of May the withdrawal of three banking companies, a license (developed Sinai, Adhamiya, jewel Sharjah)."
The source indicated that "the decision was made to Anorexia commit such grave breaches of the instructions regulating the work of foreign exchange broker and buy companies 8 companies for 2015 and the provisions of the Central Bank Law No. 56 of 2004".
The source confirmed that "the Iraqi Central Bank instructed the Registrar of Companies in the Ministry of Commerce to make the necessary write-off process and the liquidation of the company."
