witnesses said on Tuesday that Turkish warplanes attacked militants of the Kurdistan Workers ' Party positions Qandil mountains on the Iranian border Iraqi Turkish triangle.
One witness, named Saman Jaafar Alsumaria News for, " The Turkish warplanes launched today, a violent attack on the positions of the PKK in the Qandil mountains , " noting that " the attack included areas Qlatokan and Qrnaqh and Pest Ashan , located in the foothills of the Qandil mountains."

Peshmerga killed five Turkish aerial bombardment in Jebel Sinjar
Jafar added that " the attack lasted for about an hour , and smoke was seen rising from the areas that came under aerial bombardment , " pointing out that "not yet the size of the losses caused by the attack , you know."
The militants are located PKK camps in Iraqi border areas adjacent to Turkey since the eighties of the last century, where the Qandil mountains , located in the Iraqi Turkish border triangle Iran is considered a stronghold of the main PKK.
Turkish forces resumed shelling of the strongholds of the PKK in July 2015 for the first time following the announcement of the party 's withdrawal from the Turkish territory armed men in 2013.
