Deputy: the need for approval of the Securities Commission Act to regulate the market and ensure the rights of investors

Baghdad (news) .. Refer a member of the Finance Committee MP / National Alliance / Amin Hadi, the reasons for the decline in purchases of non-Iraqi and the fluctuation of share trading in the Iraqi market for securities to the absence of a new law regulating its work and ensures the rights of investors.
Hadi said (of the Agency news): The Securities Commission Act current initiated at the time of the U.S. civil administrator Paul Bremer (2004), where he is one of the backward laws and that اتساعد on market support and promotion.
He added: that the government deems to be a new law to the Securities Commission format kept pace with developments and guarantee the rights of local and foreign investors of dealers in the market, stressing that the new law is now in the State Consultative Council in the hope that is discussed in the Council of Ministers in order to turn then to the Parliament for the purpose of voting on it . / End / 8.'s. m /
