    For his part, the official spokesman of the ministry , Assem Jihad , said the contract will provide Iraq 's entry back into the field of marketing and shipping of oil and will open the way for the rehabilitation of Iraqi cadres where they will develop the performance of 700 Iraqi student meals at a rate of 100 students in each qualifying session.
