Baghdad/ Iraq TradeLink: Iraqi Premier Haidar al-Ibadi confirmed that the plan to liberate Telafar areas is complete, but gave no details.
On the other hand, he stressed that "No thinking about the elections unless all Iraqi territories are liberated from Da'ish (ISIS) organization".
He denied the news that he is planning to make a special political entity for the coming elections.
In addition he regarded the Kurdish referendum as "unconstitutional and illegal" and will not deal with it, calling the Kurds to leave aside their own differences.
