    Economy News - Baghdad
Today, Monday, the Parliamentary Planning Committee proposed a plan to get rid of job stagnation in state departments.
Committee member Muhammad Al-Baldawi said in an interview followed by Al-Iqtisad News, “Granting the appointments task to the Federal Service Council to organize work between the public and private sectors and conducting functional intersection between these sectors is the only solution to get rid of the state of functional slackness in the body of the state.”
He added, "The governorates provided what they needed and what they lacked in terms of job needs, including the specializations needed by schools."
He explained, “Activating the private sector, investment, the work of companies and institutions, and restoring projects faced a development gap and many problems as a result of the cessation of appointments after the war on ISIS, in addition to the cessation of appointments during the time of the government of former Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi. Therefore, there was a major problem in absorbing young graduates and it became Their numbers are very large, so the solution is to give the Service Council the powers to deal with this file.”
