    stressed the Prime Minister, Haider al - Abadi, Iraq 's intention to complete the liberation of all of its territory and restore stability to it, While apologizing for an Iranian invitation to attend the swearing-in ceremony and the inauguration of Iranian President Hassan Rowhani, he ordered the formation of a special committee of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to review the service situation in the Diyala bridge area.
    According to statements by the Prime Minister's Office, Al-Sabah received a phone call from the Speaker of the Iranian Shura Council, Ali Larijani, adding that Larijani "congratulated Abadi on the occasion of the recent victories and the liberation of the city of Mosul."
    "The drying up of the sources of terrorism and the elimination of terrorism is a great joy, and history will record this auspicious victory achieved in the era of Dr. Abbadi," Larijani said, expressing "the support of the Islamic Republic of Iran for its war against terrorism and other fields" .
    For his part, Abbadi thanked Larijani for "congratulations and praise," noting that "these victories would not have been achieved without the unity of the Iraqi people and the army and police and popular and tribal masses against terrorism."
    Abadi praised the "position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in support of Iraq in its fight against terrorism," stressing the need to "combine efforts to pursue the remaining terrorism, as well as continued cooperation in the economic and trade will inevitably reduce the impact of terrorism." The statement said that Larijani "invited the worshipers to attend the inauguration ceremony of the Iranian President Hassan Rowhani," explaining that Abadi "thanked Larijani for the invitation to attend the inauguration ceremony and wish success to Sheikh Rowhani in the completion of his presidential duties."
    The statement pointed out that Abadi "apologized for the presence that the President of the Republic Dr. Fuad Masum will attend the ceremony as a representative of Iraq."
    The prime minister received a second phone call from US Secretary of State Rex Tilerson, in which he renewed the "congratulations on the victories of Iraqi forces in the battle of Mosul," praising "the wisdom of leadership and high level of coordination in the battle." Tillerson said "the continued support for Iraq's efforts in the post-urging," stressing "the position of the United States and its concern for the unity of Iraq and respect for its constitution."
    For his part, Abadi stressed, according to the statement, "Iraq's determination to complete the liberation of all its territory and restore stability," stressing "the importance of focusing on providing services to citizens, and move the wheel of the economy through the fight against corruption and promote investment and lifting obstacles and the importance of regional and international openness to Iraq.
    Abadi pointed out that "the need not to distract efforts by side differences and focus on what serves the stability, unity and prosperity of Iraq."
    When he met with British Army Chief of Staff Staff Stuart Beige and his accompanying delegation, the Prime Minister discussed "strengthening military cooperation between the two countries, the war against terrorist gangs and the importance of continuing international efforts to combat terrorism."
    The British Army Chief of Staff, Abadi said, "congratulations Britain on the victories achieved on the Daash and the liberation of Mosul and stand with Iraq and its unity and continued support to complete the liberation of the remaining
    areas."
