Abadi ruled out the abolition of petrodollar allocations to governorates
Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi ruled out the cancellation of petro-dollar allocations for oil-producing provinces, while referring to the government's efforts to employ social networks to protect citizens.
"There is no intention to cancel the petrodollar allocations for the oil-producing provinces," Abadi said at a weekly press conference held at his office in Baghdad and his follow-up.
"The government is working to employ social networks to protect citizens and reduce their use badly," he said.
