"Al-Hadithi added that "the Commission has conducted a thorough and detailed investigation of the facts and access to all documents related to the subject matter of its work and follow-up the actions taken in this regard by the security authorities concerned. He pointed out that the committee supported the decision of the Higher Investigation Committee of the Ministry of Interior to refer the accused to the judiciary to take judicial action against them in accordance with the law.
