    Information/Report..
The Turkish incursion into Dohuk continues, and the occupation forces impose their control over some areas and evacuate some of their residents. In light of the government’s silence, the Turkish forces have begun to unload oil exploration equipment in the northern governorates, in a new violation and transgression of sovereignty by the Turkish occupation.

Speaking about this file, Al-Fatah Alliance member Salam Hussein accused the regional government of being lax in the face of Turkish intrusion into Iraqi Kurdistan, considering Turkish exploration in northern Iraq an attack on the country’s national security.
Hussein said in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency, "The regional government is turning a blind eye to the Turkish army, which has begun to introduce oil exploration equipment into the region, and the government must intervene immediately to end this file completely," noting that "these actions are with the knowledge and approval of the regional government."
He calls on "the government to sit at the dialogue table with the Turkish side to understand and explain the reasons for these irresponsible actions and end any agreement in this regard," noting that "there is a media blackout on the issue of the Turkish occupation of Iraqi lands in the north."
He added, "If Turkey does not respond to Iraq's request, the Iraqi side is supposed to file a complaint with the Security Council, since Turkey does not have the right to explore without the government's approval," indicating that "the issue of oil exploration concerns the security and economy of the state, and this is considered an attack on Iraqi national security."
Observers criticised the government’s absence from the ongoing public exploration operations and demanded that the government take a firm and explicit stance on this issue, in addition to stopping the region’s collusion with the Turkish side and its continued provision of assistance.
In addition, former member of the Security and Defense Committee, Ali Al-Ghanimi, considered the Turkish army’s introduction of oil exploration machinery into some northern governorates to be a dangerous precedent.
Al-Ghanimi said in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency, "Turkey has been rushing to excavation operations for quite some time and wants to control Iraq's wealth without compensation," noting that "the region has given legitimacy to these forces to act according to their personal interests."
He added, "Turkish helicopters are carrying out intensive landings on the lands of northern Iraq on a daily basis, and this is conclusive evidence that the pretexts of the presence of enemies in some areas of northern Iraq are not true and that they want to blatantly encroach on the country's oil."
He explained that "the popular circles will revolt against this issue if the government continues to remain silent," calling on "the political forces to work seriously to end this file, as it is a dangerous precedent."
There is a question being raised about the significance of the situation remaining as it is without solutions from the Baghdad government, which is still playing the role of a spectator towards the targeting and clear excavation operations taking place in the Kurdistan region, which is supposed to work to preserve the security and safety of the country.
