South Korea is training a special forces force to hunt down and assassinate North Korean leader Kim Jong-un if necessary, as well as a similar plan to liquidate all his advisers if regional military action is launched, the Independent newspaper reported in a report..
A government document in South Korean media, published by the British newspaper, said the strategy was part of a series of measures taken by Seoul to "become an offensive site" if the northern state began to attack.
According to Western reports, South Korean President Mon Jie En briefed the Defense Department on the "regrouping" plan after he instructed officials to develop an offensive military plan and discussed their revised strategy just one day before Pyongyang launched a ballistic missile on Japan on Tuesday , While Donald Trump later said that "all options are on the table now"He said.
