The economic and strategic necessities require working on the interest of the national industries and encouraging them by providing an environment suitable for local investment in various industries and working to develop the local product and make it in a state of competitiveness with foreign products. The state can work on supplying national factories with raw materials and energy sources. All this requires the development of an economic plan translated into a national strategy that requires attention and application because of the significant positive effects on the national industries can be transferred to advanced stages reflected positively on the national economy. It is also possible to invest the local workforce, whether technical or inexperienced, that can be developed by organizing training courses and qualifying them in order to prepare them to put them in the labor market, which helps to eliminate the problem of unemployment and investment of human capital Is an ideal investment that contributes to the development of the national economy while at the same time eliminating the scourge of unemployment in society. The expansion of the promotion of national industries must take into account all the important and strategic industries that can contribute to the national economy with vigor and progress and can work to dispense with the importation of foreign products in the process of substitution of national industries and dispensing with the foreign product.
