    [rtl]The Chamber of the Ninewa Industrial Union confirmed that it faces a lot of problems to work in the province, asking parliament to legislate the exemption law.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"The industries in Nineveh suffer from a lot of problems that concern the federal agencies in Baghdad," said Mohammed al-Sudani, head of the union on Tuesday.[/rtl]
    [rtl]"We need individual meetings with federal officials to explain the obstacles, and we need parliament to legislate," he said.[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added that "Nineveh need to advance today's industrial reality for the purpose of raising the level of production," noting that "Parliament is required to enact the law exemption for all obligations for this period so that we can stand on our feet here."[/rtl]
