    BAGHDAD / JD / .. Ministry of Planning announced the completion of the draft document of the national population, while confirming that the United Nations and through are reviewed by experts before approval.

    This sounds like a true government stucuture !!! Laws in welfare gov operations and infrastructure s !!! It sounds as if they r taking great steps and becoming a real democratic government !!!! Great article very positive $$$$$

    Many believed that the senses had to take place in order for the oil sharing to he accurate. This was a big issue for the Kurds at one time even tho the constitution hadvits language. Now it seems this is coming to head as a already tallied for officialness. Maybe... ;)
