    Babil Police Command revealed a special security plan to deter and arrest female students in the governorate as the new school year began, while it pointed out that it issued orders to remove the irrational youth from the girls' schools and arrest any person who harassed and referred to the competent authorities. 
    In a statement received by the police chief of the province, Brigadier General Adel al-Husseini, in a statement received by the police chief of the province, Major General Ali Mahdi Kawah al-Zughaibi, the Babylon police command set up a special security plan to deter and arrest the harassers in all governorates.     legitimate owner ." 
     "Students will be registered with the students' car numbers, a written pledge from their drivers and mobile phone numbers, as well as their documents and the identification of their place of residence by the school administration for the sake of perpetuating the lives of the students," Husseini said. 
    "The presence of security forces before the arrival of students and the receipt of the school from the night guard and conduct a field survey until the students enter safely to spare the opportunity to the criminal elements."
