[rtl]The North Korean foreign ministry said US President Donald Trump was playing "nuclear football," saying Pyongyang would continue its nuclear and missile tests to defend itself.[/rtl]
[rtl]"I would like to emphasize that the accession of the state to a multilateral agreement, or failure to do so, is nothing but a sovereign matter," said Nam Hick Zein, a North Korean department official in the ministry, in a speech during his participation in the Moscow Non-Proliferation Conference. The Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty has not yet come into force, but some critics of countries have conducted hundreds of nuclear tests, and many, many criticize my country.[/rtl]
[rtl]"Donald Trump is playing nuclear football, he has thousands of nuclear bombs and he can destroy the whole world today," he said. "Our efforts are aimed at defending ourselves, and we are not against the principles of international relations. These experiences should not be criticized. "[/rtl]
[rtl]In August, North Korea announced a test of a hydrogen bomb designed to be placed on an intercontinental ballistic missile by President Kim Yong-un.[/rtl]
[rtl]North Korean media said Pyongyang scientists had built an advanced hydrogen bomb that could be installed on an intercontinental ballistic missile, revealing that the leader was present in a factory when a nuclear weapon was loaded onto a missile.[/rtl]
[rtl]North Korea fired a missile from an area near Pyongyang over northern Japan in the same month. [/rtl]
