[rtl]The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Abdul Razzaq Al-Issa, discussed with French Ambassador Brno Obert the development of scientific, academic and cultural cooperation between universities in both countries .[/rtl]
[rtl]"Iraq is looking forward to wider cooperation in all fields with France, especially scientific and academic ones, and to benefit from its experience in the development of the higher education sector," Al-Issa said during a meeting with the Ministry of Higher Education .[/rtl]
[rtl]He added: "The Ministry of Education is working to strengthen the basis of the relationship with the universities of the developed world, including French universities, which enjoy scientific rigor ."[/rtl]
[rtl]For his part, the French ambassador said during the meeting "his country's readiness to develop scientific, academic and cultural cooperation with Iraqi educational institutions through participation in conferences, workshops and seminars organized in both countries."[/rtl]
