Bankruptcy hinders the implementation of 600 decisions issued by the Council of Babylon

Babil province council announced on Monday the formation of a committee to follow up the reasons for the failure to implement 600 decisions issued by him since its meetings in mid-2013, while pointing out that he sent official communications to the executive departments and committees to demand clarification of the reasons, between austerity budgets and lack of financial liquidity hampered the implementation of most of those Procedures issued therefrom.
