    Information / Baghdad ..
The parliamentary legal committee, on Tuesday, extended the work of the House of Representatives after the end of the legislative term because of not receiving the draft budget law next year, indicating that the budget was withdrawn after the arrival hours of Parliament.
"The House of Representatives will be forced to extend its legislative chapter according to the Constitution only after the vote on the budget law next year," said Hassan Tauran, a member of the committee.
He added that "the budget reached the parliament on Thursday afternoon and withdrew on Friday morning by the government without looking at its terms and implications, which means that Parliament needs more time to deliberate in the draft."
"Parliament is obliged to allocate funds to hold elections and vote on local and parliamentary election laws before enjoying a legislative holiday to ensure elections are held on time," Turan said. Ending / 25 d
