He Youkhana in a press statement that "the interest of the United States to implement the Strategic Framework Agreement and the development of cooperation with Baghdad, especially that Iraq an important figure in the region and could contribute to a major role in solving their problems this by either of the other hand, the interest of Iraq to strengthen its relations with the United States of America. "
And "that many countries seeking to improve its relationship with Washington, even those that they have, until recently, strong differences with Washington, such as Iran, stressing the necessity of activating the agreements signed between Iraq and the United States."
It is scheduled to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki's visit to the United States the end of this month, during which he will meet U.S. President Barack Obama and senior U.S. officials and looking with them bilateral relations and activating the strategic framework agreement signed between Iraq and the United States
