    The deputy state law Abdul Salam al-Maliki, on Friday, the receipt of the Prime Minister, Haider Abadi, 12 requests from the Western provinces for financial allocations within the budget of 2018.

    He explained that "Iraq sells oil and turned its imports to the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank and uses these imports as an operational budget and pay salaries," calling for "to invest in the donor conference, under which Iraq will receive funds and assistance for the reconstruction of liberated areas, which need billions of dollars, which is impossible to be covered by the budget of the year Current 2018 ".
