BAGHDAD / The deputy of the Dawa Party, the internal organization, Ali al-Badiri, on Wednesday, the existence of large differences on the budget law make it impossible to pass it, explaining that if Abadi succeeded in persuading deputies during his attendance today to parliament, it could strengthen the order passed.
Al-Badairi told "Iraq's News" that "the federal budget has large differences from different political forces and this makes it impossible to pass them in the current circumstances, because there is a determination of these forces not to come to Parliament only after obtaining guarantees to implement their demands for the budget."
"If Abadi can convince the political forces during his attendance today to parliament for the purpose of discussing the budget law, it could strengthen the order passed during the coming sessions."
The House of Representatives has finished Monday the first reading of the draft federal budget bill for 2018 after the withdrawal of the Alliance of Forces and the Kurdistan Alliance from the meeting because of the Sunni objection to the allocations of reconstruction of liberated areas and Kurds to the proportion of the region in law. "
