    A member of the House of Representatives for a coalition of state law Mansour al-Baiji government to cancel the salary cuts and granting oil-producing provinces the right of the petrodollar.

    He pointed out that "the demands for the budget must be demands considered so that the government can include.
     
    On the budget of Kurdistan, he said that this is their natural right according to the proportions of the population like other provinces or the demands of the coalition of forces to rebuild their areas, the provinces of Iraq all need to be reconstruction, especially oil-producing provinces, which suffer a significant deterioration of infrastructure, although it produces oil,
     
    He called for the provision of functional grades in the budget and give the constitutional rights to all the provinces related to the budget of benefits and expressed the hope that all the political blocs away from the early election propaganda and the trend to approve the budget as soon as service to our country and our people because the delay in the adoption will negatively affect all services and disrupt public interests "He said.
