MP Kazem al-Sayadi announced on Monday the Supreme Federal Court's response to the decision to approve the bachelor's degree in the upcoming elections .
In a brief statement, Al-Sayadi said that "the federal court rejected the appeal of the preparatory certificate and kept the certificate approved for the nomination is the bachelor ."
The newspaper "the new Arab" revealed on Monday, the readiness of the Independent High Electoral Commission to remove more than 100 candidates for the elections for reasons related to the certificate and political trends, noting that MP Mohammed Karbouli tops the names removed .
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives voted earlier on the provision of the certificate of bachelor's nomination instead of junior high in the law of parliamentary elections. Ending / 25
