    The House on Thursday will hold its regular voting and reading to a number of draft laws.

    According
    to a statement by the Council's information service, each agency
    received in Iraq, that "the agenda of the meeting includes a vote on a
    bill for federal expenditure fiscal year 2013 and the vote on the draft
    law of the first amendment to the law of the night guards number [8] for
    the year 2000 and to discuss the report of the general allegation about
    closing a detention."

    "The agenda includes the first reading of
    the draft law on ratification of the partnership and cooperation
    agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq on the one hand
    the European Union and its Member States, on the other hand, signed in
    Brussels on 11/5/2012, the first reading of the draft law of the first
    amendment to the law on military service and retirement [3] for 2010".

    "It
    will be the first reading of the draft law of the eighth amendment to
    the law on the Ministry of higher education and scientific research No.
    [40] of 1988 and the first reading of the draft law foundation of
    martyrs and the first reading of the draft law of the Defense University
    military studies and the second reading of the draft law of the first
    amendment to the now defunct Coalition Provisional Authority order No.
    [87] for 2004."

    And House hold regular meeting on Tuesday, which
    postponed the vote on the draft law on the General State budget for 2013
    and the Federal Court Act, and did not receive a proposal to dismiss
    the Minister of youth and sports [Jasim Mohammed Jaafar] on corruption
    charges, the votes needed, the Board completed the first and second
    readings of the three laws, and raising its to Thursday..

    If all works out...the protestors will be happy, the GOI will be happy, the whole of Iraq will be happy, the UNSC will be happy and so many investors around the world will be happier than a mouse in a cheese factory!
